2. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice.

3. By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.495/2017 under Sections 279/338 IPC registered at PS Timarpur on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

4. In the abovenoted FIR, the respondent No.2 was allegedly hit by the

petitioner. Respondent No.2 is handicapped person and petitioner has helped the respondent No.2 in all his medical expenses and given sum of ₹1,20,000/- so that the respondent No.2 has been able to take customized W.P.(CRL) 31/2019 page 1 of 2

scooty enabling him to travel. Respondent No.2 however says that because of this accident he lost his employment as he is not in position to climb the stairs etc.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner stats that he will look into the matter and help out respondent No.2 in exploring some employment.

6. At request, renotify on 11[th] April, 2019 when the parties and the Investigating Officer who identifies them will be present in Court.

7. In the meantime, status report be filed.
