Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of the order dated 15.10.2018 passed in Crl.M.C.5047/2018 by this Court whereby FIR No.292 of 2011, under Sections 420/406/384/506/494/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Amar Colony, New Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom were quashed. It is perused from the said order that Mr. Rinku Sharma, the petitioner herein, was present in person before the Court as respondent No.3.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the aforesaid observations as well as opinion of this Court, she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also

dismissed as withdrawn.
