Present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following

prayers:

“In view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the Petitioners most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

i. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ / order / direction for quashing the sealing order dated 20.12.2017 issued by Respondent no.1 vide office order NO. DC/SHN/AC/FL/-/2017/254 along with show cause notice dated 28.11.2017 for closure of the unit of Petitioner No.1 order / direction for quashing the sealing order dated 20.12.2017 issued by Respondent no.1 vide office order NO. DC/SHN/AC/FL/-/2017/254 along with show cause notice dated 28.11.2017 for closure of the unit of Petitioner No.1

ii. Call for the records, minutes of the meeting, documents relied upon and file notings made while passing the impugned order dated 20.12.2017 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Shahdara (North Zone), EDMC. relied upon and file notings made while passing the impugned order dated 20.12.2017 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Shahdara (North Zone), EDMC.

iii. Pass such further and other orders as this Hon'ble Court

may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, that the

present petition was filed as the ATMCD was not functioning. He also states, since the ATMCD is now functioning, the petitioners shall approach the ATMCD, if so advised and wishes to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to

approach the ATDMC, if so advised, in accordance with law.
