3.Accordingly, in the interest of justice and tatang intoconsiderationthe submissionsof learnedcounselfor the parties,theorderdated23.1.2018passedby the learnedMetropolitanMagistrate,North-West,Rohini, Delhi is set aside and the petitioneris grantedone more opportunityto cross-examinethe respondentNo.2. TheTrial Court is directed to fix date for the cross-examinationofrespondentNo.2 on the next date of hearing subject to costs ofthein eachIt is clarifiedthatnoRs.15,000/-upon petitionerpetition.adjournment,under any circumstances,will be grantedby the Trialcourtto theon the date so fixed for theof cross- petitioner purposeexaminationofrespondentNo.2.The petitionershallremainboundbythe statement of his counsel that the cross-examinationshall beconcludedby the petitioneron thedateso fixedby theTrialCourt.4.The petitionsare disposedof.
