1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he shall address the arguments on the point of charge before the Trial Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he may
be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate petition before the competent Court in case the charges are framed against the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
3. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present petition.
