1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter is fixed before the Trial Court on 18.11.2019 for arguments on the point of charge.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to raise all the contentions, raised in the present petition, before the Trial Court at the time of arguments on the point of charge. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
