After some arguments, I find no ground to interference with orderdated 30.08.2019 passed by learned ASJ, Rohini Courts, in case FIR No.100/19, registered u/s 498A/406/377/34 IPC, Police Station, Model Townwhereby respondent no.2 was granted anticipatory bail.
At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitionersubmits that respondent no.2 may be directed to return the dowry articles as
per the admitted list filed before CAW Cell.
Accordingly, I hereby direct the respondent no.2 to return the dowryarticles within three weeks from today to the police station Model Town andon receipt of the dowry articles, the same shall be returned to thecomplainant/petitioner.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
