The main prayer in this petition is to restrain action against allegedunauthorized construction in House No. 68-B (Old No. 68), New Layalpur,Krishna Nagar, Delhi.
After some submissions, Mr. C.S. Rathore learned counsel appearingfor the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, reserving liberty toapproach the Special Task Force set-up by the Ministry of Housing & UrbanAffairs of the Government of India vidé Office Memorandums dated25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 issued under directions of the Supreme Court inWrit Petition (Civil) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India &Ors. ; with further prayer that all issues raised by way of the petition may
be kept open.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, withliberty as prayed for.
