1.After some hearing, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an application before the High Court of Rajasthan.
2.Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
3.The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4.However, the grant of such liberty would not tantamount any expression of opinion on the maintainability, or the merits, of the application to be filed before the High Court of Rajasthan which would be an issue entirely to be decided by the said High Court.
5.Needless to say, this Court has not entered into the merits of the matter or expressed any opinion thereon.
