1.Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with the liberty to file fresh bail application after the examination of the eye-witnesses. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

2.The Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and examine the eye-witnesses as expeditiously as possible.
