1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with direction to the prosecution to examine the remaining witnesses before the Trial Court as expeditiously as possible.
2. Learned APP submitted that the respondent shall examine all their witnesses without taking any adjournment before the Trial Court as expeditiously as possible in compliance of the direction of the Trial Court. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings.
3.It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present bail application.
