Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the saidsettlement also settles all; past, present and future amounts for therespondent. She submits that in view of the settlement dated26.02.2019, she does not press the present petition and seeks leave towithdraw the same.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
