2. Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submitted that as per the FSL report, nothing intoxicating was administered to the complainant.

3. Learned APP, on instructions, further submitted that the respondent is not intending to arrest the petitioner since the petitioner has already joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the statement made by the learned APP, he may be allowed to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
