The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks one more opportunity to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the lis. Mr. Pawan Duggal, the learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that he is not against any such endeavour; however, the petitioner would bear in mind that respondent no. 2 is 84 years old and suffers from carcinogenic ailments therefore it would not be convenient for him to ordinarily venture out of his home.
It will be open to the petitioner to initiate such process to settlement as he may deem appropriate.
In the circumstances, renotify on 13.05.2019.
