It is pointed out that after the investigation, closure report was filed.However, complainant filed protest petition. The closure report was notaccepted and cognizance has been taken by the learned M.M.
Anticipatory bail application is pending for about five years. Mainaccused has already been released on bail.
Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, itis ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to hisfurnishing personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five
Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
