1. Mr. Farasat, learned ASC for respondent/GNCTD has handed over communication dated 29.2.2020 to the counsel for the
petitioner.
1.1 This communication has emanated from the DOE.
2. Via this communication, the deficiencies have been pointed out qua the school run and managed by the petitioner Samiti.
3. Mr. Farasat says that if these deficiencies are removed, then, final decision in the matter can be taken by the DOE.
4. The petitioner’s counsel will revert with instructions on the next date of hearing vis-à-vis the aforementioned aspect.
5. Renotify the matter on 24.8.2020.
