3.The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.145/2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354/354-A/506/509/427/34 IPC, registered at PS Aman Vihar, Delhi.

5.Learned APP for the State accepts notice.
6.Learned APP has fairly conceded that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other co-accused have already been granted bail vide orders dated 21.08.2020, 24.08.2020 and 02.09.2020. as the other co-accused have already been granted bail vide orders dated 21.08.2020, 24.08.2020 and 02.09.2020.
7.Accordingly, on parity, I am of the view that the petitioner deserves
anticipatory bail.
8.Accordingly, the SHO/IO concerned is hereby directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner/applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond in the sum Rs.20,000/-.
9.The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required.
10.Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.
11.The present petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of.
12.Copy of this order be transmitted to SHO/IO concerned for necessary
compliance.
13.The order be uploaded on the website forthwith.
