This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent no.2, SHO, Police Station, Sonia Vihar, to remove the locks placed on the channel gate of the shop situated on ground floor of the property bearing no.B-764, Gali No.9, 2[nd] Pushta, Sonia Vihar, Delhi-110094.
As the Writ Petition will involve issues of rights of the petitioner vis-a-vis those of respondent nos.3 and 4, in my view, the remedy of the petitioner is not in form of present Writ Petition.
The present petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail such other remedy as may be available to the petitioner in law.
