2. The Petitioner‟s representation dated 21[st] November, 2019 shall be decided by the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Director General, Border Security Force, not later than 31[st] March, 2020 and the decision will be communicated to the Petitioner on or before 15[th] April, 2020.
3. It will be open to the Petitioner, if aggrieved by the said decision of Respondent No.3, to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
