2. Mr. Bhandari appears on advance notice and states that in view of subsequent developments, the Respondent has to once again move an application before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) since the time limit of the earlier order already expired. In effect, therefore, no coercive steps can be taken against the Petitioner when the matter is taken up today before the Presiding Officer. states that the process of obtaining fresh order from the CMM may take at least 15 days.

3. In view of the above statement, no directions are called for in this petition and it is disposed of along with the pending application as such.

4. The copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master. Master.
