Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 195/2019, under Sections 323/354/506/376/307 IPC, registered at police station Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent/State submits that charge sheet in this FIR case has been filed and the matter is now listed for 1[st] February, 2020 before the learned trial court.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner states that he would apply for regular bail before the learned trial court. It is, therefore prayed that interim protection provided to petitioner vide interim order of 8[th]July, 2019 be continued till the bail application is decided by the Court of Sessions.

In view of the aforesaid, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move regular bail application before the learned trial court. Interim protection granted to petitioner shall continue in terms of order dated 8[th] July, 2019 till the bail application of petitioner is decided by the court of Sessions.
