The present petition has been filed by petitioner for grant ofanticipatory bail in FIR No. 374/2019 for offences punishable underSections 33/58 of Delhi Excise Act registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar,Delhi.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has filed presentpetition only for attending his son’s marriage which is to be held on28.2.2020.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of with the direction that no
coercive action shall be taken against petitioner till 2.3.2020.
