3.Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing

the trial Court to decide case bearing CR No. 13852/2016 and FIR No.

–841/2014, Police Station Krishna Nagar pending in the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court (East) Karkardooma Courts, Delhi expeditiously within time frame.

4.Facts of the case are that on 22.11.2014, case bearing FIR No. 841/14 was registered at Police Station - Krishna Nagar, East Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC on complaint of the petitioner. After investigation, the police filed charge-sheet on 08.08.2016. After taking cognizance on the charge-sheet on 06.01.2017, Trial Court put up the matter for argument on charge. Thereafter, the case was listed on many dates i.e. 16.03.2017, 19.05.2017, 04.08.2017, 07.03.2018, 17.05.2018, 22.06.2018, 06.07.2018, 29.09.2018 for arguments on charge. However, the same was adjourned for one or the other reason despite the fact that period of more than 4 years has passed. Finally, on 01.10.2018, the Trial Court heard the arguments on charge and put up the matter for further proceedings on 03.01.2019.

5.Fact remains that till date, charges have not yet been framed against the respondents. the respondents.

6.Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and the facts mentioned above, I hereby direct the trial Court to frame the charges on the mentioned above, I hereby direct the trial Court to frame the charges on the

next date of hearing or within two weeks thereafter. Further, this Court expects the trial Court to expedite the trial.

7.In view of the above petition is disposed of.
