Present petition is filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution ofIndia read with section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking extension of parole to thepetitioner in pursuance to FIR No.524/2010 registeredat Police StationMangol Puri for the offence punishable under section 21 NDPS Act.
Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present petition and the factthat petitioner was earlier granted parole vide order dated 17.02.2020 andconsidering the crisis going on in the country due to outbreak, I herebyextend parole for period of four weeks on the same terms and conditions asimposed earlier vide order dated 17.02.2020.
The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of.
Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and theTrial Court concerned for compliance.
