UNION OF INDIA & ANR. Through Counsel (appearance not given)
..... Respondents
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVIN CHAWLA O R R17.09.2020
This petition has been heard through video conferencing.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the judgment dated 04.11.2019 of this Court passed in W.P.(C) 9088/2018, titled Mukut Pathak & Ors. v. Union of India & Anr.
The learned counsel for the respondents, however, submits that the petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.
I do not find any merit in the objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents. Coordinate Bench of this Court, in its judgment dated 02.09.2020 passed in WP(C) 5490/2020, titled Sandeep Agarwal & Anr. v. Union of India & Anr., has already rejected such submission.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the abovementioned judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) 9088/2018, titled Mukut
Pathak & Ors. v. Union of India & Anr.
