3.There were three accused in the present FIR, however, one of the
accused, namely Sunil Sawhney, expired on 7.8.2016. Thus, case against him has already been abated and the remaining accused are petitioners herein.
4.Vide the present petition, petitioners seek quashing of FIR ––No. 332/2010 dated 31.10.2010 registered at Police Station Rajouri

Garden, Delhi and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.
5.Notice issued.
6.Notice is accepted by learned APP for State and by counsel for respondent no.2. respondent no.2.
7.With the consent of counsel for parties, the present petition is taken up for final disposal. up for final disposal.
8.The present petition is filed on the ground that parties have settled their disputes and respondent No. 2 has no objection if present petition is allowed. their disputes and respondent No. 2 has no objection if present petition is allowed.
9.Respondent No. 2 is personally present in Court with her learned counsel and she has been identified by SI Ajay Kumar (IO) and submits that
matter has been settled and shedoes not wish to prosecute the matter any further.

10.Petitioners and respondent no.2 have entered into an amicable settlement.
11.Learned counsel for petitioners prays that present petition may be
allowed.
12.Taking into account aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to quash
FIR as no useful purpose would be served in prosecuting petitioners any further.
13.For the reasons afore-recorded, FIR No. 332/2010 dated 21.10.2010 registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden, Delhi and all other proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
14.The petition is allowed accordingly.
