By this application, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondentto supply copy of the sealing order, if any, is passed against the property. Itis further stated that the sealing action may not be taken for period of twoweeks after supply of the copy to enable the petitioner to file an appropriateappeal before the concerned Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the respondent who appears on receipt of anadvance copy states that at present no sealing order has been finalized. Incase such an order is issued, copy would be given to the petitioner.

In case sealing order is passed, the respondent will ensure copy isserved on the petitioner/learned counsel for the petitioner. No coerciveaction shall be taken for period of two weeks subsequent to passing of the

sealing order to enable the petitioner to take steps as per law.

The application stands disposed of.
