CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAITO R R%16.01.2020
Dr.Preet Singh Chawla states that in his certificate he neversuggested any surgery for removal of pus from gallbladder, therefore, thecertificate has been wrongly misunderstood by the petitioner.
On perusal of the certificate in question, nowhere it is mentioned thatDr. Preet Singh Chawla has suggested any surgery for removal of pus fromgallbladder. Accordingly, presence of Dr. Preet Chawla is dispensed with.
Keeping in view the fact that no surgery is required, therefore, Ihereby dismissed the application.
