Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that vide orderdated 04.02.2020 passed in Bail Appln.344/2020, the petitioner was directedto deposit sum of ₹20 lacs by 05.02.2020 before 5 p.m. However, it is not clear by the said order that in whose favour the amount is to be deposited.

Accordingly, I hereby make it clear that the said amount shall bedeposited in favour of the Registrar General of this court.No further order is required to be passed.
