The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing.
1.After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and prays that the Trial Court may be directed to pass order on charge as early as possible since the petitioner is in judicial custody for the last more than five years.
2.Permission is granted.
3.The Trial Court is directed that on resuming its normal functioning, the order on charge, after giving opportunity to learned counsel for the parties, shall be passed within three months from the date when the case is fixed for arguments.
4.Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5.Copy of this order be transmitted to Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
6.The order be uploaded on the website forthwith.
