3.The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C on behalf of the petitioner for grant of interim bail in FIR 167/2019 for the offences punishable under Section 302/307/149/120-B/34 IPC r/w 25&27 Arms Act registered at Police Station Mahendra Park.

4.After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be allowed to attend wedding of his sister which is to be solemnized on 28.08.2020 under custody.

5.Accordingly, Jail Superintendent concerned is directed to allow the petitioner to attend the wedding of his sister on 28.08.2020 from 12 noon to

04:00 pm. The police officer concerned will accompany petitioner in plain clothes.

6.The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

7.Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent concerned

and Trial Court for information and necessary compliance.

8.The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. Copy of the order be also forwarded to the learned counsel through email.
