By this petition, the petitioner is seeking extension of parole onthe ground that the his mother is an old lady aged about 60 years andis continuously suffering from severe and unbearable back pain and isdiagnosed with Radiculopathy and advised physiotherapy which isnow to take place on 24.1.2020. State has file the status report, whichshows that there is nothing serious in the condition of the mother ofthe petitioner.

In these circumstances, no grounds for extension of parole aremade out. Dismissed.
