This petition is filed for seeking interim bail during thependency of the examination of the daughter of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that thedaughter of the petitioner is around 15 years of age and is studying in9[th]class. It is submitted that the daughter of the petitioner is residingat H.No. 556, A-4, Pana Udan, Narela, North West, New Delhi-110040.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner thatpetitioner wants to give proper custody of her ward to someresponsible person.

It is submitted by learned APP for the State that daughter of thepetitioner is residing with her grandparents who are taking full care of

her. There is nothing adverse against her grandparents to the effectthat she is not being looked after well by them or that she is facingany hardship at the house of her grandparents.On the other handcounsel for the petitioner submits that daughter of the petitioner isreceiving threats.On perusal of the application, the application isbereft of any details. No mobile numbers with regard to persons whoare giving threats to the daughter of the petitioner have beenmentioned.

In any case, there is no merit in the petition. Dismissed.
