1.This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India readwith Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for issuing directions fortransfer of investigations in case FIR No.0222/2019 under Section419/420/467/468/471/506/34 IPC, Police Station Laxmi Nagar.

2.The learned Prosecutor on instructions from the IO submits thata cancellation report has already been filed and the matter is nowlisted for 12.09.2024 before the learned Trial Court.

3.In view of the submissions, the petitioner is at liberty to take hisdefences in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court. Theprayer made herein has been rendered infructuous and is accordinglydisposed of.
