1.Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘Cr.P.C.’) has been

preferred on behalf of the petitioner with the following prayers:

“A. Issue an appropriate Writ/Order, transferring the present matter to any competent agency for the investigation and adjudication;

B. Directing the investigation agency to expedite and conclude the investigation of the present case, FIR No. 0278/2021 registered u/s 498A/406/34 IPC at P.S.: Greater Kailash, in fixed time frame on daily basis and file the chargesheet in the interest of Justice;

C. To DCP Vigilance to hold an enquiry against accused no. 2 and 3 persons, Police Station, Greater Kailash, Delhi in the present case; and

D. Direct the police to conduct detailed inquiry/investigation into the FIR filed by the FIR. After concluding the investigation, add the Sections in the FIR and punish the accused persons in accordance with the law.”

2.Learned ASC for the State appears on advance notice and on instructions of IO submits that the chargesheet/final report shall be filed within period of four weeks, since the investigation has been completed and chargesheet is pending for scrutiny.

3.Taking the statement of learned ASC for the State on record, petition is accordingly disposed of with directions to IO to file the file chargesheet/final report within period of four weeks, in accordance with law. No further directions are called for at this stage.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
