1. This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under

Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the Respondents to decide the appeal dated 03.03.2023 of the Petitioner albeit in the prayer clause on account typographical error, the year has been mentioned as 2023 instead of 2024.

2.At the outset, learned counsel for the Respondents takes preliminary

objection to the maintainability of this writ petition and relies on the judgments of this Court in Delhi Golf Club Employees Union v. Union of India, 2021 SCC OnLine Del 2578;Capt. Mayur Misra v. 3.Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy before appropriate forum.

4.Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
