BAIL APPLN. 4592/2024 (seeking extension interim bail for 60 days)
1. By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks extension of interim bail for period of 60 days, granted to her by this Court vide order dated 06.12.2024 in FIR No.121/2023 registered under Sections 21/29 NDPS Act and Section 78 JJ Act at P.S. Crime Branch, Delhi on the ground that her daughter’s marriage, initially scheduled for 08.12.2024, has now been postponed to 19.12.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid marriage could not be solemnized on account of death of the great grandfather of the perspective groom. He submits that the marriage has now been re-scheduled

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the reasons stated in the present application, the interim bail granted to the applicant on 06.12.2024 is extended till 22.12.2024 on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 06.12.2024.
