3.This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction for recalling the decision whereby the application of the Petitioner was rejected albeit this writ petition is not maintainable considering the nature of the disputes as the Central Administrative Tribunal is the Court of first instance to adjudicate these disputes in view of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 12343/2024 Page 1 of 2

L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and Others, (1997) 3 SCC 261. However, considering that the Petitioner states that matter has been resolved and his application has been accepted, no further orders are required to be passed.

4.Writ petition stands disposed of. Needless to state that the disposal of this petition will not be considered as adjudication thereof by this Court, as this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this petition.
