1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that forthe present, the petitioners would be satisfied, in case, the respondentsare directed to consider the petitioners’ claim as prayed in theirrepresentation dated 03.02.2024 in time bound manner. He furthersubmits that since some of the material grounds could not be raised bythe petitioners in their earlier representation dated 03.02.2024, theymay be granted liberty to file fresh comprehensive representation tothe respondents.the present, the petitioners would be satisfied, in case, the respondentsare directed to consider the petitioners’ claim as prayed in theirrepresentation dated 03.02.2024 in time bound manner.
