1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioner has been granted admission and intimation to that effect has been received by respondent-DOE from the respondent-School on 09.10.2024.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the Court directs the respondents to extend all necessary benefits to the petitioner, in view of the extant regulations and policy.

3. The instant petition, hence, has rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly, disposed of.
