1.This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed praying for the following relief:-

“(a) Issue of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate direction/order for quashing the NCR sector HQRs Service Order No. 40/2024 dated 26.04.2024 and 04/2024 dated 02.05.2024 issued by the office of Inspector General/NCR and office of the Deputy Inspector General/NCRZ respectively qua the petitioner.”

2.It is the case of the petitioner that his wife is suffering from life threatening medical conditions and in case the Impugned Order is given effect to, he would be deprived of availing the benefits under the AYUSHMAN Scheme of the Government of India.

3.Having considered the contents of the petition, we direct that the petitioner shall submit detailed representation to the respondents by tomorrow i.e., 28th September 2024. The respondents shall, upon receipt thereof, consider the representation and pass reasoned and speaking order thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner. The order, in case it is adverse to the petitioner, will not be given effect to for period of one week. Needless to state, it shall be open to the petitioner to avail of his legal remedies, in accordance with law, in case he is aggrieved with the order.

4.The petition along with the pending application is disposed of with the above directions.
