1.The solitary grievance of the writ petitioners is of the Standing Committee of the respondent-CISF having not taken decision with respect to verification of antecedents.
2.Learned counsels for respective sides have drawn our attention to the order passed in Saurabh Yadav & Ors. vs Union of India[WP(C) 13124/2024 decided on 19 September 2024], in which while dealing with an identical grievance the writ petition came to be disposed of in the following terms:
“3. The petitioners, who are aspiring to join the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) having applied for the post of Constable/Tradesman pursuant to the advertisement issued in the year 2022, have approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:-
“i. direction to the Standing Committee of Respondent /CISF at CISF Headquarters may decide the correctness/antecedents of the documents produced by the Petitioners, showing their Proof in support of the fact that no case/FIR is pending against them, within Four weeks as no cases, whatsoever, are pending against the Petitioners herein and;
ii. Pass any such other or further order (s) in favor of the Petitioner(s) as deemed fit in the given fact and circumstances and in the interest of justice.”
4. Issue notice.
5. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits that the petitioners’ cases for appointment will be shortly put up for consideration before the Standing Screening Committee.

3.In view of the aforesaid and in light of the conceded stand taken by the respondent before us, the present writ petitions shall stand disposed of on identical terms.
