1.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the case of Squdron Leader Neelam Chahar vs. Union of India & Ors. in W.P.(C) 9139/2019, these petitions be transferred to the AFT, Calcutta.
2.We are not inclined to transfer these petitions. Appropriate shall be that the petitioners shall file fresh OA before the Tribunal within period of four weeks from today.
3.Suffice to state the period during which the petitioners were prosecuting these petitions in this Court shall be excluded for the purpose of determining the limitation.
4.The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
5.A copy of this order be kept in all petitions.
