1.By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 350/2014 dated 08.06.2014, registered at Police Station Model Town, for offences under Sections 120B/ 34/ 379/ 403/ 406/ 419/ 420/ 467/ 471/ 473/ 506/ 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The petitioner also seeks quashing of Final Report dated 29.10.2018.

2.Concededly, the cognizance was taken in the present FIR and summons were issued to the petitioners by order dated 03.12.2018.

3.Admittedly, the petitioners were aware of the said order

and also sought bail from the learned Trial Court and filed bail bond before the learned Trial Court on 19.09.2019 and 16.01.2020 respectively.

4.The present petition was filed with an ordinate delay on 25.02.2023. The matter has since proceeded and is now listed for the arguments on charge before the learned Trial Court.

5.In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition at this stage.

6.The petitioners are at liberty to take all arguments before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge.

7.The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
