1.The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicantseeking interim bail in FIR No. 225/2022 under Sections 302/308/342/34 ofthe Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at Police Station Anand Parbatfor period of 30 days on account of the applicant’s father’s surgery.

2.It is noted that till date, there has been no date fixed for theaforementioned surgery by the concerned hospital.

3.In view of the same, counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw thepresent application with liberty to file fresh application for interim bailafter date of surgery has been fixed by the concerned hospital.

4.Accordingly, the application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
