1.This petition has been filed seeking regular bail in FIR no. 300/2023 under Sections 302/364A/201/120B/34 IPC & 27/54/59 Arms Act at PS Ambedkar Nagar on the ground that the petitioner has been seeking interim bail on account of serious medical grounds.
2.Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the said petition, with liberty to seek remedies at subsequent stage after the material witnesses are
examined.
3.The Court has not examined the matter on merits.
4.Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
