1. By way of present petition, the petitioner, who is the complainant in FIR No.301/2022 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at P.S. Sarojini Nagar, Delhi, is seeking quashing of the same.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner wants to move ahead in her life, she does not wish to press any charges against respondent Nos.2 to 5. He further submits that the divorce has already been granted byFamily Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 25.07.2022. The same had beenchallenged by the petitioner, however, she also wishes to withdraw the said challenge.

3. Learned ASC for the State submits that in the present case, the petitioner is the only complainant and respondent Nos.2 to 5 are the only accused persons. He further submits that in the present case, the chargesheet has been filed keeping respondent Nos.2 to 5 in column No.12.

4. The petitioner, who has joined the proceedings through V.C., has been identified by her counsel and the Investigating Officer. Respondent No.2 to 5, who are also present in the Court, have also been identified by the Investigating Officer.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no other proceedings are pending between the parties.

7. The parties shall remain bound by the statements made in Court today.

8. In view of the above facts and since no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the present criminal proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.

9. The petition is disposed of in the above terms alongwith the pending application.
