2.The respondent no.2 is present in person. She has been identified by the IO. She states that she does not wish to pursue her complaint any further as she and the petitioner no.1 have started living together. by the IO. 3.As the dispute between the parties arose out of the matrimonial relationship, which has now resolved, and in light of the relationship, which has now resolved, and in light of the

principles laid down by the Supreme Court in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab, (2012) 10 SCC 303 and Jitendra Raghuvanshi v. Babita Raghuvanshi, (2013) 4 SCC 58, I find that no useful purpose would be served in prolonging the criminal case. 4.Accordingly, FIR no.0229/2016 registered with Police Station: Sultanpuri, Delhi under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC and all the proceedings emanating therefrom shall stand quashed.

5.The petition is allowed in the above terms.

6.There shall be no orders as to costs.
