1.The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the subject FIR has
already been quashed vide order dated 03.10.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.M.C. no.3228/2022 titled Manav & Ors. v. State & Ors.She submits that in view of the said order, the present applications have been rendered infructuous. She prays for leave to withdraw the same.
2.The bail applications are accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
