1.This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

“(a) Direct the IG Police, RK Puram, New Delhi to expeditiously pass suitable orders on the pending revision petition dated 12/09/2007, considering the prolonged period of uncertainty and the petitioner’s right to fair and timely resolution.”

2.Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Revision Petition in question was, in fact, treated as an appeal and disposed of vide order dated 28.02.2008. copy of the said Order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.Needless to say, it will be open to the petitioner to avail of his remedies, in accordance with law, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent.
